Miley Cyrus Flashes Her Panties In See-Through Dress

Former Disney-darling-turned-wild child Miley Cyrus went shopping on Thursday in a dress so sheer you could see her black underwear, and RadarOnline.com has the photos of her major wardrobe malfunction.
The 19-year-old star showed off a pair of black boy shorts undies and a black bra in her see through dress, but she coyly tried to hide her face from the photographers.

Miley’s “Stonergate” birthday party caused a storm of controversy when she was presented with a Bob Marley cake and told her friends “You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake — you know you smoke way too much f***in’ weed."
She defended her comments afterwards saying it was a joke, and even her bff Kelly Osbourne took her side on Twitter, writing “Let me make something very clear after @MileyCyrus salvia incident we started calling her Bob Miley as a JOKE! The cake was also A JOKE.”
Usually seen rocking a smokin’ hot bikini on the beach, Miley’s definitely got a great body to show off!
