The sexy 74-year-old, who was briefly married to Cary Grant and had one child with the Hollywood legend, was not looking like your typical grandma, rocking super stylish spandex paneled leggings with a cropped coat, a sexy, low slung black belt, black leather ankle boots and a trendy fringed handbag - an ensemble more expected to be seen on a Kardashian sister!

She's 74 years old and looks like a lot of things but sexy is not one of them. I still would like to see a close up pic of her face without sunglasses and one of her in a regular dress before I give her "kudos".
