Miley Cyrus Calls Herself A 'Stoner' At Her Birthday Party

Miley Cyrus was late for the birthday party Kelly Osbourne threw for her Tuesday night, but she made up for it with what she told the crowd.
The birthday cake she was presented was decorated with the face of the late Bob Marley, the legendary reggae artist.
In video of the party obtained by The Daily, Miley very clearly says, “You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake — you know you smoke way too much f***in’ weed."

Her friend Kelly then jumped in saying, “I thought salvia was your problem, Miley."
That was a reference to Miley's videotaped incident, where she smoked salvia from a bong, something she later called a "bad decision".

Miley's party was thrown at Beacher's Madhouse Club at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. Her parents, boyfriend Liam Hemsworth and pal Rumer Willis were all there to celebrate her19th birthday.

People are so sick of Kelly Quagmire Osbourne, and if she's the best Miley could have at her party, that's the real problem, because real celebrities don't hang out with Z-listers who look like they have marbles in their mouth.

Only in California you can show up 3 hours late for your own birthday party and it's cool. I don't care how
famous you are, if you do that in New York City, they kill you when you finally show up.
