Massive Price Cut For Hulk And Linda Hogan Divorce House

Hulk and Linda Hogan may have agreed to sell the massive Florida estate they shared during their marriage and divide the proceeds as part of their just finalized divorce settlement, but the house -- well, it's just not what it used to be.

As RadarOnline.com reported, the Belleair, Florida estate where they filmed their reality show Hogan Knows Best in happier times, was listed at $13.9 million at the time the deal was hammered out.

It's now down to -- are you ready? -- $8,871,527! What's worse, when the couple first listed the place in 2007, they were asking $26 million!

So here's what you'll get for your $8,871,527: The main house is 17,000 sq. ft and there is a four-room guest apartment above the garage. The 1.5 acre property is on a bluff overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and the Clearwater Pass to the Gulf of Mexico.

The master suite has his and her baths. There's an exercise room -- of course -- and several fireplaces.

The pool has a waterfall. Wait a minute! So does the estate Bruce Willis is trying to sell for $15 million in Sun Valley.

But back to Florida -- the "exquisite residence is owned by television personality," notes the Coldwell Banker listing.

That, unfortunately, doesn't seem to be helping the place sell.

Helo realestae in the US is in the dumpster in Florida it is in the crapper. Try $2 million if lucky. I can imagine the repairs and upkeep that dump needs
