Teen Mom Jenelle Evans Admits Guilt In Probation Violation

MTV star Jenelle Evans appeared in a North Carolina court on Tuesday morning and admitted she tested positive in a drug test in July RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Evans, the 21-year-old star of the reality show Teen Mom, who has been in and out of trouble with the law, told a judge that she did indeed fail the drug test when she was arrested July 15, but she has been tested every week and has not had a positive test since then.

“Jenelle is doing really well,” her attorney Dustin Sullivan told RadarOnline.com. “She completed her parenting class and her anger management class.”

She does not have custody of her young son Jace back yet, but Sullivan told RadarOnline.com that she spends time with him daily.

After a stint in a California rehab center, Jenelle tested positive for THC (found in marijuana) and she will remain on probation until April.

She obviously is very unstable. Hope she gets help. Her son
didn't ask to be brought into this crazy situation and her poor mom thought she was done with
raising kids. A loving, infertile couple would have so treasured Jake. Sad.
