Hilary Duff is pregnant and proud of it!

The 24-year-old first time mom-to-be happily flaunted her growing baby bump in a skintight lime green mini-dress on Monday night, with her pro hockey playing hubby, Mike Comrie, by her side.

The expectant couple was attending the Beauty Book for Brain Cancer launch party at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre and couldn’t look happier.

Hilary, who announced her pregnancy via her official website back in August, on what was the couple’s first wedding anniversary, was glowing as she posed for photos.

"This weekend, Mike and I are celebrating our one year anniversary! In memory of the special day, we decided to post some of our favorite pictures from our wedding!" she wrote.

"I can't believe it has already been a year. Time really flies when you're having fun! We also want to share the exciting news that baby makes three!

The actress, who shot to fame as Disney character Lizzie McGuire, affectionately rubbed her expanding tummy as she spoke to press on the red carpet.

She broke the news to talk show host Ellen Degeneres last month. "I haven't told anyone yet. I wanted to tell you first. I just found out. It's a boy! I had a feeling it was a boy the whole time,” she said.
