Beyonce’s mom, Tina Knowles, has gone from momager to real estate mogul after putting her luxurious New York City apartment up for sale, and RadarOnline.com has photos inside the swanky pad.

Located in Midtown Manhattan, the superstar’s mom is selling the two-bedroom, two-and-half-bathroom condo for $5,600,000, reported RealEstalker.com.

Knowles bought the 42nd floor condo in 2005 for a fraction of the price and the fashion designer has decorated the home in light neutral shades, with brightly-colored modern furniture and graphic art adorning the walls.

Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook Central Park and showcase stunning views of the Big Apple skyline, while a 24-7 doorman and concierge service caters to the wealthy residents' every needs.

Just two months ago, the Grammy-winning singer's mom listed her opulent five-bedroom Houston, Texas, estate for $3,499,000.

According to the RealDeal.com, she is ditching her personal real estate to move into Beyoncé's pad, who owns a unit in the same NYC Beacon Court building.

Tina decided to sell her unit "because she got top-dollar for it, and she has another option in the building, so she took advantage of it," the source told the website.

"rockyprogress" - She's obviously already moved taking her personal effects w/ her. This is the ugly stuff she left behind in the apt. to sweeten the real estate deal. I doubt too many people can concentrate on the apt w/ this s**t cluttering it.

It's called staging! De-clutter and de-personalize, so people can focus on the actual space not your stuff!
The point is to make it neutral!

Swanky? Nooo. Not at all. Very cold, sterile environment with ugly furniture choices. Not sure what makes this tacky apt 5 million dollars.

Decorated just as tacky as those dresses she used to make for Beyonce.

I guess it's just me but all these fancy, expensive homes people are selling - they all look as cold and sterile as a drs office.
