Plea Deal For 71-Year-Old Woman Caught Having Sex In A Car

The 71-year-old woman who was arrested last month while having sex with a younger man in a car in a suburban Detroit shopping center has been fined $585 and sentenced to probation, RadarOnline.com.
Rita Daniels pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of disorderly intoxication on Thursday in a Farmington Hills, Michigan court room, reported The Smoking Gun.
Despite Daniels being caught naked on the back seat of a Buick with 54-year-old Tim Adams on September 3, prosecutors dropped the charge of indecent exposure against the retiree.
Adams also entered a no contest plea to disorderly intoxication. He was also placed on a year’s probation, fined $785, and ordered to perform 50 hours of community service.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the disturbing incident unfolded when diners at Luigi's restaurant in Farmington phoned local authorities to gripe about the unappetizing melee unfolding before them.

Farmington Police Officer Andrew Morche reported seeing a 2002 Buick "rocking slightly while parked," with its windows "covered with heavy condensation."
When he approached the hot-and-heavy couple and asked what they were doing, Adams replied, "“I'm f***ing this chick."
The pair -- who both reeked of alcohol, according to police -- didn't know each other's names, and said they met at a bar shortly before their public rendezvous.
Daniels' blood alcohol content was later determined to be twice the Michigan state limit.
