Michael Lohan Arrested -- Again! Hurts Foot While Trying To Flee Police

Lindsay Lohan's father Michael has been arrested for the second time this week, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Police in Tampa said he violated the terms of his release from jail by calling his ex gal pal Kate Major on the phone overnight, just two days after his arrest on battery domestic violence charges in connection with a fight they'd had.

The Hillsborough County State Attorney's Office, at that point, authorized Lohan be arrested for the violation.

Police said when they tried to catch up with the New York native at the motel he was staying at (Tahitian Inn), Lohan jumped out of a third story balcony before running from officers, who apprehended him after a foot chase.

Lohan, 51, may have suffered a broken foot in the incident, according to police, and was being treated at Tampa General Hospital. Upon his medical examination, Lohan was slated to be taken to the Orient Road Jail for processing.

Lohan told a cameraman on the scene Major “baited” him into calling her by claiming she was about to be evicted from her apartment.

“I’m a sucker,” he said. “I’m an idiot.”

Lohan and Major have a detailed history of domestic violence: In March, Michael was arrested for allegedly assaulting Kate, with police reporting he had attempted to choke her and injured himself to prevent her calling for help. Last July, Kate accused Michael of attacking her at their home in Southampton, New York, claiming he threw her off a chair and kicked her in the face during an argument.

WTSP-TV in Tampa posted video on its web site of Lohan being taken into custody by police.

This foot he hurt, was it the foot he has had in his mouth lately when he sold storied to the media about how his daughter has a drug problem, how she is dancing with the devil, hypocritically putting down his daughter for what he is guilty of?

I hope they put this guy in jail for at least a month to teach him a BIG lesson. The also should put a restraining order on the woman and if she calls him put her in jail for a month. Only then will the lesson be learned.

He looked like he was walking fine to me. Even on the TMZ video he walked over to the cop car fine, he didnt complain once that his foot hurt. Starting to wonder if he is doing this to distract the media about Lindsay
