Matthew Perry isn’t just cleaning house — he’s getting rid of them!

Listed for $5.695 million, the 4,100 square-foot home boasts three bedrooms, a sleek and modern kitchen, a media room and walls made of glass.
Matthew originally bought the house in 2008 for $4.475 million, so he stands to make more than a million dollars on the sale.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the 42-year-old actor put his Malibu home up for sale in early October and re-listed his Sunset Strip condo in September for $2.995 million — making the Outpost Estates home his third in three months.
But Matthew isn’t just selling homes, he’s buying them too. He recently purchased a $9 million, three-bedroom, four-bathroom home in the Hollywood Hills.
