Lindsay Lohan shied away from skintight dresses and expensive stiletto high heels for her courtroom appearance on Wednesday, wearing shockingly sophisticated and conservative duds, but it was her heavily made up and puffy-face that had people talking – and RadarOnline.com has the photos.

The troubled starlet donned a pale grey, sleeveless, knee-length cocktail dress with an off-white scarf wrapped around her neck, gold peep-toe heels and a metallic Chanel bag, with her blonde locks pulled back into a simple ponytail.

But it was her puffy cheeks and heavily made up face that grabbed the most attention.

The legally challenged starlet looked starved for sleep, with her cheeks looking puffier than usual. Lindsay’s eyes were heavily made up with eyeliner and shadow, and her cheeks seemed to have been splashed with too much bronzer.

The judge should have had her drug tested immediately when they took her into custody. I guarantee she wouldn't have passed. And who was slapping her upside the head to get all those bruises??

Her cheeks were purposely done atrociously to take attention away from her darting, glassy eyes. She is obviously high and it shows.
