Celebrity Rehab and Sober House star Jennifer Gimenez is featured in this week’s issue of Star magazine, stripped down and showing off her bombshell bikini body for the first time after dropping more than 100 pounds, and RadarOnline.com has all the exclusive images from the sizzling hot photo shoot.

In the pages of Star, Jennifer dishes about her life-long weight struggle and how she ballooned from a malnourished model and actress to a 257-pound recovering addict, and how, after several years of disastrous dieting, she finally got her body looking better than ever!
“It’s mind-blowing!” Jennifer explained about being back in a bikini. “Knowing that I lost all this weight without having surgery, only with the help of others and an open mind, is an overwhelming and powerful reality!”

In the photos, the Celebrity Rehab star rocks several sexy swimsuits from Shay Todd and undrest with sexy high heels from Christian Louboutin, Brian Atwood and Ruthie Davis.
The photo shoot took place in a gorgeous house in the Hollywood Hills and was shot by photographer Shawna Ankenbrandt.

Jennifer’s look was inspired by Old Hollywood bombshells, with hair by Sean James for Sebastian Professional at Opus Beauty and makeup by Cameron Cohen.
