the lard ass in the middle wants to wear high heels. there's not a pair of high heels that will hold her weight. she shouldn't be able to have custody of her children. she's unfit.

I can't even imagine eating that much to weigh that much and I hope I never do...how can a person afford to buy all that food for one thing and who is bringing it to her to eat? If I knew someone like that I would only bring her fruit and soup.

Anyone that would deliberately eat themselves to a weight of 600lbs has some serious mental issues. Please take her children away until she is stable. The children don't deserve this type of life.

If this mother feeds herself badly enough to reach 600 lbs., does she feed her children the same way?
It would be interesting to see pictures of the children. I'll bet they are not healthy.

This woman probably won't live long enough to lose weight. To actually allow others
to see this is more than disturbing. Her poor children need to be placed elsewhere.
