Russell Armstrong’s devastated family has coming out swinging and in addition to their shocking allegation that he did not commit suicide, but was murdered, his mother claims that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Taylor Armstrong charged almost $100,000 on Russell’s credit card AFTER they split!

In an exclusive interview with Jane Velez-Mitchell on HLN Wednesday night John Ann Hotchkiss, Russell’s mother, said she knew that Taylor charged the exorbitant amount on her son’s credit card.

“$90,000 was put on his credit card in June, not by him,” she revealed on the show.  Hotchkiss claimed the charges were made on Russell’s American Express card after he and his wife Taylor had separated.

“Taylor put $90,000 on there,” she said. “She put $90,000 on his credit card in June after she separated.”

Hotchkiss said she is unsure of what a motive might be for her son’s death, but she believes he did not commit suicide and was murdered.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the Los Angeles County Coroner announced that Russell’s death was by hanging and ruled it a suicide.

Someone had to pay for injuries after the alledged beating. No one knows what happened there but that girl put up with a lot it seems.I'm going through it so I guess that's why I feel for her.Very mean things could have been said to her.

Well so have I and worse, still there is 2 sides to all stories. One can not blame his mother for loving him or his
family for having their own hard time with this. The family has to have more information than we all do let them live.

Everyone should let Russell Armstrong rest in piece. I do believe that Taylor is out of her mind. She has no money and want to be like the other housewife. I feel bad for her daughter.

The charges to his card were made in June. I thought they split in July.
Not making excuses for anyone, just curious about the time line. His family is hurting and looking for answers and someone to blame, which I guess is human nature.

Russell was a horrible person who beat women and his own children. He was a FRAUD pretending to be someone he was not. This family needs to make up their minds. First they blamed bravo, lisa, now that their claims hold no weight its murder. Gosh!
