Redmond O’Neal Admits To Drug Use, To Remain In Jail Until Sentencing

Redmond O’Neal tested positive for drugs over the weekend while in rehab and during a hearing on Thursday he admitted it and will remain in jail until his sentencing, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

O’Neal, 26, was sentenced to one year in a Los Angeles rehab facility after being arrested last month for felony possession of heroin and firearms charges.

His latest relapse will not be taken lightly by Judge Keith Schwartz, who will be sentencing the son of late actress Farrah Fawcett on October 7, 2011 — because last time O’Neal was in his courthouse Schwartz warned him that if he saw him again he would send him to state prison.

As RadarOnline.com first reported his father, Ryan O’Neal, had been to visit him the day he checked-in to the rehab facility, against the doctor’s order.

I feel bad for him. He has a horrible disease. He does not need prison he needs to be locked up in a rehab facility with no contact to the outside world. He needs to concentrate on sobriety. Poor Farrah is spinnin in her grave.

Another low-life junkie that needs to be in prison. He doesn't want to quit using & is wasting the court's time with all the chances he's received. Enough already.

I watched the hearing and it is the rehab that allowed this to happen. I think because of this the Judge will give him another chance with more restrictions.

Linds wants to know if there's any leftover drugs. She says if he's not gonna use them, he should send 'em to her because she's a celebrity and celebrities stick together. Makes sense to me.
