Rocking a shockingly short black leather dress with a gold Chanel belt, long trench and colorful peep-toes -- and clutching onto a red, plastic lighter -- the uber tan star was photographed leaving the Yves Saint Laurent store in Manhattan.
But it isn't Lindsay who is grabbing headlines this week on the fashion front! Her sister Ali has been the center of attention, after new photos surfaced of the young aspiring model looking shockingly thin.
