Lindsay Lohan has broken the law again, but this time it’s just a harmless parking ticket.

The 25-year-old actress was slapped with a parking violation on Thursday afternoon for parking in a red zone in front of a fire hydrant — all while her little sister Ali waited in the backseat with a friend!

Lindsay appeared a little worse for wear, showing off her bruised legs and bleached blonde hair while she visited West Hollywood’s Nine Zero One salon and RadarOnline.com has the photos.

HELLO- To all who ask Y didnt Ali move the car..Ali has been living with LL since she was 15yrs old..Do you think LL taught her how to drive? Did Dina when she went to NY for a couple of months?? ALI LOHAN DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DRIVE.

Ummm....salon? More than likely the drug testing or driver safety school that are listed on the door. She looks terrible, that color of hair is all wrong for her. She looks as old as my grandmother.

I saw a pic yesterday of LL & its a time lapsed pics of LL starting from the young cute LL to an attractive healthy looking Mean Girls LL, ending with the LL of today, & WOW is all I can say. Drugs & booze really took a toll on her looks..
