Charlie Sheen Celebrates His Birthday With Brooke And Their Twins

Charlie Sheen had an old-fashioned family-style birthday celebration Saturday night, and RadarOnline.com has the pictures.
Charlie, his ex-wife Brooke Mueller, their twin boys Bob and Max, and a few friends all partied at Buca di Beppo restaurant in Encino, Calif.

The popular Italian eatery rolled out the red carpet for the Sheens as Charlie turned 46.
They enjoyed traditional Italian fare including chicken parmigiana, lobster fra diavolo and spaghetti with meatballs.

But dessert was another matter. The Buca di Beppo chefs surprised Charlie with a Major League-themed birthday cake!
A good time was obviously had by all!

Charlie said the most nasty things about Brooke when he was with the "godesses". Any woman w/ self respect would not have gone back 2 him especially after he threatened 2 kill her. Sober or not Charlie is an ugly person inside & out..

Perhaps they both hit 'rock bottom' and they are finally on the road the continued sobriety. Best wishes to them all.

Charlies looks so good right now. He seems more like his old self. Brooke looks happy with him, so maybe his stability brought her around and she's more stable now, too. Their cute twin boys need stable parents, so hopefully this will continue!

fantastic outcome for both, and their twins. supporting each other's sobriety. charlie created this. he was sober for many month's first, and reached out to brooke, when she was hopeless. they both look great. prayers for this continuing ongoing.

It seems like Charlie is eating again and trying to live his life as a sober person. Happy birthday Charlie. I won't make a negative comment on him and Brooke.....I'll just sit back and wait to see what happens.

Put on some more weight Charlie...maybe 10-15lbs and you will be your old self again..

That's nice. It appears that Charlie's hormones are back on track. He must have just been going through male menopause; other men buy red corvettes, Charlie bought ladies of the night.

U can't blame hormones on Charlie's lifestyle. He spent much of the last 20 years high & partying w/ hookers. He's gone thru 2 wives who he abused & threatened w/ death. He would likely still be w/ the "godesses" if they didn't dump his ass.

LMAO true my dad just bought himself a Kawasaki street bike, he's never ridden a motorcycle in his life, he hasn't even rode a bike in years mid life crisis much lol
