Tina Fey has had her baby, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.
The creator/producer/writer and star of 30 Rock and her composer husband Jeffrey Richmond welcomed a daughter into the world on August 10.
Penelope Athena, as she's been named, joins big sister Alice, 5, in the Fey-Richmond family.
