Taylor Armstrong Was Hospitalized After Husband Russell Allegedly Hit Her In The Face

The violence between Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Taylor Armstrong and her husband Russell was allegedly so bad that she wound up in a hospital after he brutally hit her just weeks ago, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
“Russell hit Taylor in the face so hard she had to go to Cedars Sinai hospital in June,” a source told RadarOnline.com about her emergency visit to the Beverly Hills hospital.
“The damage to her face was so extensive that she spent days in the hospital and had to have a plastic surgeon give her reconstructive surgery to repair what Russell did to her."

A second source confirmed Taylor’s hospital visit and said Russell hit her after a nasty fight.
Taylor hid the beating from her daughter, Kennedy, sheltering her from the violence Russell inflicted upon her.
“She made sure Kennedy was unaware of what was going on between her parents,” the source said.

According to the source, Taylor wore heavy make-up after her surgery to conceal the extent of the damage, but the other housewives and Bravo knew about the incident. “They had to film around her for a little while,” the source said.
Taylor has spoken out about the violent family she grew up in and has told friends that when Russell hit her so hard that she had to have surgery that only hardened her resolve to work with other battered women.
“She was miserable with Russell, but didn’t want anyone else to suffer through the pain she did,” the source said.

Russell Armstrong was found dead on Monday and the LA County Coroner ruled that his cause of death was hanging and the final manner of death was suicide. He was 47.

Sounds like total BS...the police would have been called if the hospital suspected any type of abuse!

They consider it plastic surgery when they call a plastic surgeon to the ER to stitch up a cut on the face even if its only a couple stitches. Yes Russell was abusive but lets not make more out of it than it was.

If true, no sympathy for Russell. If not true, it explains Taylors obvious lack of self esteem and desperate need for attention. Odds are, there is *some* truth to the abuse claims. But I wonder how much abuse Taylor bestowed on Russell, too.

She should have left him last year. He was such a dud but then she married him for the money so not surprised. She wanted the money more than a good man.

..any damage to her face looks like she was in the habit of doing it herself. The man is gone and Doctors can't dispute what she said as her plastic surgeon can't comment. hope his real family sues her.

We don't know what went behind closed doors, but could it be just another excuse for getting
more plastic surgery done? Think about it....this chick will never be happy with her looks.
