Louisiana Man Arrested For ‘Getting Aroused’ At Walmart

We've all heard of shopaholics that get excited by a good deal but a Louisiana man has been taking his love of Walmart to a whole new - incredibly disturbing - level.
Travis Keen, of Monroe, La., was arrested on Tuesday and charged with public obscenity after he was spotted by police driving around a Walmart parking lot with his private parts exposed, RadarOnline.com has learned.
The 28-year-old's explanation for his lewd behaviour was that he "gets aroused," while shopping at the retail giant.

Keen was detained and booked into the Ouachita Parish jail after a fellow (fully-dressed!) shopper reported to police that a man driving a Ford Taurus drove past him “with his p**is exposed,” reported TheSmokingGun.com.
The witness, who tailed the Ford as it drove around a Walmart parking lot in Monroe, told cops that when the suspect “saw a female in the parking lot he would stop and watch them.”
In the police report, Police Officer Colby Spillers stated that Keen said he: "did have his p**is out because of past experiences he had at Walmart. Keen stated that when he comes to Walmart he gets aroused."
Keen has no prior criminal history and was held on $5,000 bail.

It's not Walmart itself. It's the young girls in their summer shorts going to and from the Walmart parking lot that's getting him aroused. He is a sick pervert and needs to be put away.
