Jane Fonda On Being Sexy At 73 - I Like Being Saucy

Now, that's what you call a sexy septuagenarian!
Hollywood icon Jane Fonda dishes about the body issues that drove her to be a workout queen, being sexy at 73 (and a half!) and her ever-evolving fashion sense, in the September issue of Harper's Bazaar.
Fonda, 73, said her father Henry taught her "that how I looked was all that mattered, frankly.

"He was a good man, and I was mad for him," she said of the Twelve Angry Men star, "but he sent messages to me that fathers should not send: Unless you look perfect, you're not going to be loved."
Looking fab as ever at 73, Fonda also dished on how she tailors her fashion to her changing frame.
"I'm vain. My arms are thin, but I'm vain about loose flesh. And so I'm careful that what I wear will show off my best parts, which are my waist and my butt.
"I have people in my life who will say, 'Honey, you're trying too hard,'" she said. "I like being saucy, but I'm 73 and a half.
"I'm still trying to find my way between matronly and coltishness."
Harper's Bazaar hits newsstands August 16.

Well I guess some things don't change. In her younger years she insulted our soldiers in Vietnam and now in her old years, she throws her poor deceased father under the bus.
