Brad Pitt Puts Malibu Mansion Up For Sale For A Cool $13.75 Million

Housing slump? What housing slump?
A-list actor Brad Pitt is unloading his Malibu, Calif. beach house for a whopping $13.75 million and RadarOnline.com has an aerial view of the 4,088 square-foot estate.
The 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom gated home is located on the Encinal Bluffs and was recently renovated, boasting a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, three fireplaces, bamboo floors, a tennis court and a high-end security system.

The estate, which just hit the market on Sunday, backs on to a private cove on the Pacific Ocean and the property has already been approved for an additional story done by the environmentally conscious Malibu-based designer Christopher R. Sorensen.
Pitt and his long-time girlfriend Angelina Jolie have six children together — three adopted; Maddox, Pax, and Zahara, and three biological; Shiloh and twins Knox and Vivienne.

Four thousand square ft is not big enough for that many people. The kids alone would drive you crazy. I'm in that size house in California and it's only two of us.

It's not a safe place for children to live as it drops down at the back into a cove or canyon or something. That is one reason they're unloadingit.
