Prince William and Kate gave new Canadian citizens a real treat on Friday, by swearing them in during their citizenship ceremony.
RadarOnline.com has photos of the royal newlyweds attending the event at the Museum of Civilization in Gastineau, Quebec during the second day of their North American visit.
William and Kate were piped into the museum by the Sons of Scotland band — done purposely as the couple met as undergraduates eight years ago at a university in Scotland.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be celebrating with millions of Canadians today on Parliament Hill for Canada’s 144th birthday.
William and Kate will make their way around Canada, visiting Prince Edward Island, Yellowknife and Calgary, before heading south to California on July 8.
