On Wednesday a source close to the situation told us: "The City Attorney has raised concerns about Lindsay's probation, which will be discussed in court tomorrow Thursday. The City Attorney asked Judge Sautner to order Lindsay to appear."
Lohan's spokesperson, Steve Honig confirms to RadarOnline.com that Lindsay will be in court Thursday morning, but wouldn't elaborate any further.
