Daniel Baldwin’s wife Joanne was arrested on Wednesday afternoon for a probation violation in Clackamas County, Oregon RadarOnline.com has confirmed.
Joanne Clare Baldwin, 41, is currently in the Portland, Oregon area jail being held without bail according to the jail website, where her charges are listed as “PROBATION VIOLATION DRIVING UNDER INFL OF INTOX.”

Daniel Baldwin filed for divorce on Wednesday, after obtaining a temporary restraining order against his wife of four years. The couple has two young children together and Daniel has temporary custody of them.
