Charlie Sheen Hasn't Seen Twin Sons In Nearly A Month

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller's twin boys Bob and Max are being raised by their grandmother and have not seen their wayward father in nearly a month, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
Mom Brooke checked into an undisclosed rehab center last week and is expected to remain in treatment for at least the next 60 days. However, despite her absence, Charlie hasn't asked to spend any time with his two-year-old boys.
"Charlie last saw the boys about three weeks ago," a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. "He hasn't requested to see the boys more now that Brooke is in rehab.

"Bob and Max are being cared for at Brooke's Los Feliz estate by her mom, Moire Fiore, and her sister. These boys are surrounded by love thankfully, but sadly it's just not from their parents."
Even though Mueller is in rehab, Charlie won't be going to court to seek a modification in child support to Brooke. (She currently receives $55k a month from her ex-husband).

"Charlie has been advised that going to court could backfire. Judges have been known to increase child support when the custodial parent isn't able to take care of the child, and that care is being handled by another family member.
"If the judge perceives that a temporary guardian is having increased costs, well, that would be passed along to the parent paying the support," the source reveals.

Meanwhile, Sheen has been "holed up at his Beverly Hills mansion. Charlie isn't working right now, but he just doesn't seem interested in seeing Bob and Max.
"Charlie goes through phases where he is a very involved and doting parent, and then to the other extreme of not having any contact whatsoever with the boys," the pal reveals.

That's some BS schedule. I've never seen one where you still haven't seen your children after a month. Sorry, but your "schedule" excuse blows.

Who is surprised by this??? He only played the part of a doting parent when the cameras where on him as he went through his fiasco with Chuck Lorre to get sympathy. Has he even seen the girls???? SMH.

I just love how desperate the media is in finding anything to say about Charlie! Charlie is just following his schedule. I'm sure he loves his kids, & sees them.

You ppl believe anything you read! A. he has a job remember the thing with the new job! B. he cant just go see his kids when he wants to just because she is in rehab, he still has to follow his schedule!

CHARLIE SHEEN SHOULD BE STRIPPED OF ALL PARENTAL RIGHTS, both parents should be imprisoned for child abandonment. Emotional abuse affects kids the worst, abandonment is torture for kids. Give them to Denise!

These poor babies won't even know who their parents are. I think Denise would be a better parent. She could handle it. She seems to be such a good mother, although she needs to watch her language around kids.
