Selena Gomez Recovering From Mystery Illness Says: ‘Feeling Much Better’

Selena Gomez is on the road to recovery after days of speculation surrounding a mystery illness which landed her in hospital.
RadarOnline.com can report that the 18-year-old - who rushed to seek medical care in Burbank, Ca aftering complaining of nausea and a severe headache - is already returning to work.

"Feeling much better," she wrote on her Twitter page Monday. "Thank you all for being so understanding. Can't wait to see you all today at Santa Monica Place for the Monte Carlo kickoff."
Gomez was supposed to take the stage on June 10th but was still recovering from her night in hospital.

While no official word on her illness has been released, Us Weekly reported that Gomez collapsed from food poisoning coupled with exhaustion.

Well children, IBS is very real. I don't think she would have suddenly developed it, tho. She probably isn't getting enough rest or food. It's called sleep and meals, sweetie. Try it.
