On Sunday, June 12, Lindsay Lohan threw a rooftop BBQ party at her posh rented beach house in Venice, CA., and was photographed drinking from a red cup.
While we don't know if she was drinking alcohol in this picture, we do know the Mean Girls star, 24, violated the terms of her parole on either June 12 or June 13 -- a bombshell story that RadarOnline.com was first to report.

The troubled starlet has been ordered to appear in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner at the LAX Airport Courthouse Thursday at 10am PST for a probation violation hearing.
Her house arrest was scheduled to end before her 25th birthday, which is July 2nd.
