Jennifer Aniston Skin Care Guru Facing 30 Months In Jail For Credit Card Fraud

UPDATE: Hashemipour was sentenced to five years probation and nine months house arrest. The restitution hearing has been continued until October 17.

Maria Hashemipour, a Beverly Hills salon owner, who has pled guilty to taking credit card information from Jennifer Aniston and Cher among other celebrities, could be facing up to two-and-a-half-years in prison, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Hashemipour has already pled guilty to fraud charges and will be formally sentenced in federal court at 1:30 in Los Angeles.

In court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the United States Attorney's Office is asking that Hashemipour to be sentenced to 30 months imprisonment, a two year supervised release, and be made to pay restitution in the amount of $511,312.26.

The docs state: "Defendant preyed on celebrity and high income clients hoping that the unauthorized charges by a known merchant would go unnoticed....Defendant's scheme spanned approximately five years, and totaled more than $800,000 from 112 fraudulent charges on 20 credit cards from 17 clients."

Good job by Beverly Hills for breaking up this multi-million dollar fraud ring, but stuff like this makes me feel like none of my credit card information is safe.
