Jackass Star Ryan Dunn's DUI History

Tragic Jackass star Ryan Dunn was charged with DUI six years before he drove his car off the road and died RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
The 34-year-old posted pictures of himself in a bar with a drink in his hand on Sunday - just hours before he fatally crashed his Porsche 911.

Now RadarOnline.com can confirm that in 2005 Dunn was charged with drinking and driving.
"In 2005, Dunn was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and entered a first offender's program that allowed him to clear his record after a certain period of good behaviour," said Patrick Carmody, Assistant District Attorney in Chester County.

Dunn - who was famous for his daredevil personality - careened off the highway in West Goshen Township in Pennsylvania at 2.38am Monday morning.
His passenger, who has yet to be identified, also died in the accident.

Sad.. but I feel more bad for the passenger in the car than I do him. He clearly had a history of this sort of stupidity. Too bad he had to kill somebody else along with him.

Thank goodness he didnt kill an innocent family. the passenger should have known better and certainly so should have the driver. Anyone who drives drunk is pointing a loaded gun at an innocent 1 year old playing russian roullette

rol, stop condemning this poor , dead, man, until they do an autopsy, and get his blood alcohol...his family is mourning...was he driving? they dont know if he was, or the other guy..one dui six yrs ago..plus one drink in a pic. stop.

So basically, this Jackass killed himself AND his passenger. If he'd been put in jail for DUI, he & his passenger may still be alive.

He was charged with DUI six years ago, unless he killed somebody then, I doubt very much that he would
still be in jail today.
