Halle Berry Vs Gabriel Aubry - It's Back On!

After a seemingly peaceful period of time the nasty custody battle is back on between Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry, over their daughter Nahla.
Accusations are flying fast and thick as Halle claims her baby daddy broke the rules of their custody agreement - even going so far as to allege Gabriel has been negligent in his care of the three-year-old.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported Halle was back in court this morning, along with her powerhouse attorney Laura Wasser, who presented the custody judge with a thick dossier detailing all of Aubry's alleged wrongdoings.
A source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com that trouble has been brewing over the past few weeks and that the situation between the ex-couple has been getting nastier by the day.
"Halle has been coming down hard on Gabe recently," the source says. "If he drops off Nahla just five minutes late or is not exactly on time when he picks her up, he gets it in the ear, big time.

"Then he is criticized for not taking Nahla to the 'right kind of places' when he's with her, not dressing her correctly, not feeding her the right kind of foods.
"Gabriel said there was a nuclear level melt-down last week because he gave Nahla pizza on one of her 'non-cheat days'. He's basically being totally micro-managed and has no freedom when it comes to his daughter.
"I'm not surprised this has happened, it seems Halle's attorneys have been working on building a case against Gabriel for some time now, and every single time he doesn't follow every rule, or do things by the book, he's slammed.

"At the end of the day Gabe just wants to get on with his life, and spend time with his daughter in peace - but it just seems that's not going to happen, at least for the near future."

Are you serious! Does she realize how many dead beat dads are out there NOT taking care of their kids!!! I feel really bad for Gabe! I hope he doesn't give up on his daughter!

Halle is going to mess this child up with her controlling ways. She has obvious mental issues. I hope the father stands his ground and has enough money for a good attorney to fight this for the sake of the child.

Now we see why Halle, despite her beauty has never managed to get a guy to stick around. She is kinda crazy.

There is a clue here. Cheat and non-cheat days. Do we know if this child has diabetes. If so I can understand why she is vigilant with the food. We really don't know what is going on b/c we are not in the circle. They need to communicate.

I doubt any Judge will make her stop with the mind games and trying to stop Gabriel seeing his daughter, he has rights too and perhaps it's about time a Judge actually told her so in no uncertain terms. Enough hassle and she could lose Nahla!

Halle needs to realise she is ONLY the mother, Gabriel as her daughter's father has a say in everything if he chooses to! He pays his mega child support, just because she didn't want anything other than a sperm donor, she isn't right!

what halle is doing is standard procedure in these divorce cases , making the guy look bad and not
capable of being as good a parent as a female. he has to live by the standards of the female
