July 2011 Shape covergirl Audrina Patridge knows a thing or two about looking smoking hot in a bikini.
The former Hills star, who has spent most of her life making a splash in the sexiest of swimsuits, shares her secrets to looking and feeling good when wearing next to nothing.
Some of her tips include finding a swimsuit to fit your frame, wearing a new suit around the house for a few days until it feels like your second skin, doing a series of squats and sit-ups before a day of exposure and getting a pre-bikini day faux-glow.
