VIDEO: Star Jones Calls NeNe Leakes An 'Animal'

It's safe to say Star Jones and NeNe Leakes won't be sending each other Christmas cards this year.
On Tuesday's edition of Ellen, Jones rips her Celebrity Apprentice co-star, calling Leakes an "animal" for her recent bursts of anger on the show.

"What were you thinking when NeNe was going off like that?" host Ellen DeGeneres asked Jones regarding an explosion between the two on the episode that aired Sunday.
"I was thinking my grandmother is going to watch this," Jones said, adding that she wanted to keep grace under fire, so as to not embarrass her friends or family.
"I was thinking I need to keep calm because, not for nothing, but when you're confronted in the wild with an un-caged animal you're supposed to retreat," Jones said, getting a shocked reaction from the studio audience. "You're not supposed to attack."

Ellen then asked Jones, a 49-year-old attorney, if she and the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 42, are on better terms.
"Well, the lawyer in me would say, ‘We were not friends before, we were clearly not friends during, we are not friends after,’" Jones said.
"OK, and the other you would say what?" Ellen asked.

"I don't know that girl," Jones said, "and I don't hang with people like that.”

The clip with Ellen is a perfect example of how to put some in their place with CLASS. NeNe should take lessons.

Although I don't watch the show, I did see the clip, and regardless of how manipulative Star is said to be, NeNe came across like a trashy, obnoxious, loud bully who doesn't have the sense to know when to STFU. Seems pretty full of herself too.

Star Jones is a Pig, a user, and an abuser. She manipulates everyone. She's selfish and self centered and no wonder she has no friends. I hope NeNe chews her up and spits her out. NeNe sees thru her game.

no wonder her husband dump her in three years of her wedding, star is a liar and a dam fool, Ne Ne should never let ignorant star get under her skin. Star is a dam self serving animal herself, like a snake in the grass.

star was very minupulative during the show, now she wants to come off as a lady, star should be ashamed of herself calling Ne Ne names, star have no beauty or class, look at her without that wig.

Personally, I hope one of the Johns wins. I don't care for either one of these women, but it sure is fun to drink a beer and watch NeNe go at Star.

That's pretty rich - Star Jones calling someone else an animal? That woman is so ugly it's painful to look at her. I love NeNe! I hope to god she's not the one who got fired Sunday night!
