It was a merger of country superstars. Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert became husband and wife Saturday night.

It was a Texas-sized affair at the historic Don Strange Ranch in San Antonio.

The guest list totaled 550, including Martina McBride, Reba McEntire, and Cee Lo Green, who sits on The Voice judging panel alongside Blake.

Miranda walked down the aisle wearing her mother's wedding gown, reports Us magazine.

"I'm married to my best friend," Blake said.

Two of my favorite singers! How nice she wore her mother's gown instead of buying some Million dollar designer gown. That says a lot about what is important to her. I wish them a lifetime of happiness and working things out together!

Wow, that is an awesome accomplishment. I wish you both a lifetime of happiness together. It's not always easy and it's work, but is well worth it. Our 23rd is coming up on May 18 +3 years 2gether before marriage.

marriage is for silly putty's! it doesn't work for most people, if it works for you, you are probably someone who watches oprah and the view and has a warped perception of reality!
