Shooting her Plum Miami magazine photo spread Saturday, Lindsay Lohan had a serious wardrobe malfunction.

Lindsay was posing in a stunning floral gown, while standing on a hotel rooftop, when the plunging neckline plunged a bit too deeply.

LiLo looked down and pulled the dress more together without ever skipping a beat.

This could be the troubled starlet’s last big pictorial before she has to turn herself in to Los Angeles County authorities to begin her sentence for her theft charge and DUI probation violation.

The two sentences were combined but she is expected to only serve about two weeks – all of which may be at home with a ankle monitor.

Pics of the photoshoot show several frames where Lindsay is drinking what looks like water from a plastic bottle using a straw. Can't help but wonder if it is vodka. In the past if she wasn't drinking alcohol it was always something like Red Bull.

Oh yeah, an "accident," right. Cause we all know that Lilo never ever ever flashes her boobs for publicity. Seems to me that's the only thing she has left, those saggy breasts bobbling sadly for attention.

Gosh she looks aweful! Didn't realize how bad her body was til I saw those pics. Going to take a lot of touch-up and air brushing before they can use those pics.

you do realise Global G. 'touch up' pics don't you? they alter the pics and thats why no one uses them. Its a gutter site for gutter minded peeps like little kitten.
