Superstar George Clooney turns the big 50 Friday, but with a stunning Italian girlfriend like Elisabetta Canalis who needs birthday presents?

The 32-year-old model and television host posed completely naked to attract attention for the animal charity.
“I think this is the best reason why I got naked in my life,” Canalis said. “I was a kid, a little girl, and was watching TV at home and they showed a documentary and in the documentary I saw how they killed little animals, like electrocuting them, drowning them, bludgeoning them.

“I was shocked because I was a little girl, but by that moment, I thought that I would never, never, never, wear fur in my life.”
During the shoot the model showed-off her love of animals by posing with one of her own adopted dogs who playfully licked and snuggled her face.
Up In The Air star Clooney and Canalis have been an item for two years.
