Dr. Drew: 'Jeff Conaway Did Not Overdose On Prescription Meds'

Grease star Jeff Conaway did not overdose on prescription medication, according to Dr. Drew Pinsky, who visited the troubled star in the hospital late Friday night.
The 60-year-old actor was previously described as being in his "final moments", but following his visit, Dr. Drew posted a message on his Twitter page claiming otherwise.
"Just visited Jeff Conaway. He is stable & looks like he will recover from his pneumonia," Dr Drew Tweeted late Friday night.
"Not an OD like press is alleging & certainly not dead."

Phil Brock, a rep for Jeff also confirmed to RadarOnline.com that the star has been "showing some improvement."
Conway was rushed to a Los Angeles area hospital by ambulance earlier last week after being found unconscious in his home.
The actor has a history of drug addiction and was featured on Celebrity Rehab in 2008.

Many druggies die of "pneumonia" as a result of overdosing. The drug abuse causes the pneumonia. Can you name one celebrity, or anyone else, that Dr. Drew has cured? He is not a psychiatrist, just a dr.

That's what I thought, that gossip sites report less than half truths to increase readership. Just look at all the bad press Lindsay has gotten because of their half cocked stories pulled out of some homeless guys pooper.

I watched Drews new show on cnn last night and was revolted. He needs to keep his trap shut. If he reads how people feel about him he will rationalize it to make it something wrong with everyone else not him....

I used to listen to Pensky on Love Line "back in the day", but oh my how he has become a publicity seeking DOUCHE BAG WH0RE... He needs to parer with that other DOUCHE NOZZLE, Dr. Phil.
