Camille Grammer was stunned when she learned Tuesday that her ex-husband Kelsey has filed to get sole physical custody of their two children.

Camille's friend, Allison DuBois tells RadarOnline.com exclusively. "Camille is an excellent mother, and Kesley truly doesn't have a leg to stand on. Good luck with that battle Kelsey, you are going to need it."

Don't know if the financial particulars have been hammered out but it may be the old ploy of fighting for custody in order to force the mother to take less in the settlement.

Camille is devoted to those kids. They have had enough disruption with the divorce leave them where they are & stop being spiteful this is not about the kids its about your overblown ego. Leave the kids where they consider home. Grow up KG

Kelsey you have reached a new low. You've been nothing but selfish for 2 years never thinking of your kids & their feelings. Leave them alone leave them with their Mom focus on your new twinkie wife. The kids are better off where they are

C'mon people, Camille is an amazing mother! Kelsey is not exactly the ideal role model for a father & Allison DuBois is a fabulous friend & is well respected by those who know her. Everyone else should shut the hell up!

I say great for Kelsey Grammer, since his wife Camille bashed him on the Housewives show saying he didn't want to see the kids, I say Kelsey fight for them gossipmagazineonline.com and greatvacationspots.net so she knows she can't walk all over you.

If he didn't have a new wife to dump the kids on he wouldn't even bother. On WHAT grounds
is he seeking sole custody? The lawyers are going to be very happy and the children MISERABLE.

Men like KELSEY don't take charge of their kids unless they want to get back at the wife...doubtul since he remarried...or he is WORRIED about them in her care. I doubt he is being spiteful. The kids want to leave her I bet.
