Raunchy comedienne Andy Dick is being sued in Texas for allegedly grinding his genitals into a man's head during his comedy routine, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Robert Tucker says that on December 18, 2010, he attended Dick's comedy show, and he wasn't at all amused about what Dick did to him.

According to Tucker's lawsuit, filed May 10 in the Dallas County, Texas District Court, Dick was wearing a red skirt, black top and a wig when he left the stage to interact with audience members.

Tucker claims he asked Dick for an autograph, a request he probably regrets now. Instead of obliging the fan, the lawsuit states, Dick brought a bar stool alongside the fan.

"Andy Dick then took control of Plaintiff's head with his left hand and pulled down his costume skirt with his right hand, exposing the fact that he was not wearing underwear beneath the skirt.

"Defendant Dick then, while still controlling Plaintiff's head with his hand, forced his genitals against the left side of Plaintiff's face. Plaintiff immediately pulled away."

Tucker is suing Dick and his reps, United Talent Agency, for offensive physical contact, infliction of emotional distress, and defamation of conduct.

He's seeking unspecified damages, and attorney's fees and wants a jury trial.
