The concerned Marie Callender’s patron who called “911” on Andy Dick May 2 reported an “out of control” comic, and only RadarOnline.com has the tape!

“He’s belligerently drunk and has nowhere to go. He’s trying to get inside,” the caller said.

Dick had shown up at the restaurant chain’s Temecula, Ca. location after having been to some nearby wineries and beer gardens, the caller said. He’d tried to get into the restaurant but staff kept him out and asked a patron to call 911.

“He’s tried to get into the Embassy Suites too but they’d also turned him away", the caller told the 911 Operator.

Police soon arrived on the scene, and as RadarOnline.com reported, arrested Dick for disorderly conduct.

He was released on $500 bail.

Dick, 45, has a long history of alcohol and drug-related problems, including several arrests.
