Just weeks ago, RadarOnline.com found Tallulah Willis at the Coachella Music Festival. She was wearing low-riding cut-off jeans, a strapless bikini top, and smoking non-stop.

Friday night, the 17-year-old youngest daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis was cited for underage drinking in Hollywood, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

Because of her age, cops weren't able to simply release Tallulah. Mom Demi came and collected her errant daughter.

Tallulah isn't the first Willis daughter to have a brush with the law.

In 1997, Rumer was one of four people in a hotel room in Aberdeen, Md. -- she was there shooting a low-budget horror film -- when cops came in and arrested one of the group for marijuana possession. Rumer was questioned at the scene but was not arrested and was never charged in connection with the incident.

The middle Willis daughter, Scout, 19, is a student at Brown University.

Neither mom, dad or stepdad Ashton Kutcher have made any comment about Tallulah's teenage indiscretion.

I started smoking a year ago, following a serious nervous shock, it just happened...now, my date is set, I'm quitting next week. I can't wait to quit, but I just wanted to remind you, it's not everyone who just decides to smoke out of stupidness.

I smoked when I was ten..my sister kept after me to do it and it worked for me like some need alcohol...My family was cruel and I needed something to cope.I hope this kid straigthens up but she is in a bad place Hollywood and has a goofy mother.

Smoking makes your hair and clothes and home stink...it is terribly expensive and unhealthy...deadly..a pain in the butt to remember where the matches or lighter are..a people repellant..but still people are smoking. I quit 25 years ago.

She should be smoking weed instead it's not addicting, doesn't stunt your growth or contain poisons like ammonia, formaldehyde (embalming fluid), acetone (nail polish remover), tar, insecticide, carbon monoxide, arsenic & cyanide.

That-a-girl! Phillip Morris needs replacement smokers to take the place of the one's who have died. But that won't happen to you, right? The cemeteries are filled with ex smokers.

what a mess demi moore's kids are, but what do you expect...demi is...she married a kid...ashton..no role model for her kids, in fact, isnt he just a bit older than one of her own kids. just very sad...all she does is try to stay young to keep him.

I don't blame a 17 year old in 1951 for smoking. They didn't know any better. In 2011, I'm willing to say the kid is an idiot or has a death wish, choosing to commit suicide the slow, agonizing way.

I cant understand intelligent, informed kids STARTING to smoke in todays world. Just cant wrap my mind around it - the cost, the warnings and what we know?

I'm with you, T. We know the dangers of smoking...so why are the kids even starting to smoke? I don't get it. Heck even if I wanted to smoke, I probably couldn't afford it! $10 for a pack??? No way!
