As if Joran van der Sloot wasn't in enough trouble.

The 23-year-old van der Sloot, currently in a Peruvian prison on accusations he killed a 21-year-old woman last May, has stabbed three other inmates  while in custody, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to the Dutch magazine Panorama, the playboy-turned-prisoner's stabbings left one of the victims in need of emergency medical care.

"He has been put into solitary confinement several times but comes out even more angry," a source told the magazine of van der Sloot, adding the accused murderer has been using drugs while behind bars.

Meanwhile, in an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, van der Sloot’s lawyer Maximo Altez Navarro is threatening to sue over the reports.

Navarro is furious at the latest reports and is meeting with the notorious Dutch murder suspect  Thursday  at the Castro Castro Prison.

He told RadarOnline.com: “I am going to sue over these reports because they are just not true. Joran is behaving himself in prison and there are no problems with the guards or other inmates.

“Whoever is releasing these reports is trying to paint Joran as ‘a monster’ because of things that happened in the past but it is not true.”

Van der Sloot is being held in the Peruvian prison on a first-degree murder charge in the death of Stephany Ramirez Flores May 30, 2010.

The killing was five years to the day of the unsolved 2005 disappearance of Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway in Aruba, which the Dutch playboy has also been linked to.

He is a woman hater, probably has issues with his mother/family of origin. He should have gotten the help he needed instead of murdering the innocent.

This animal is so evil. Why don't they just go ahead with his trial, he gets death penalty and we never hear his name again.

This guy is a serious killer and should be getting psychological treatment. His lawyer is whistling in the wind if he expects anyone to believe that people just happen to end up dead and/or wounded when this guy is around.

Wouldn't it be something if suddenly, Navarro disappears and van der Sloot's the prime suspect?
