Dancing with the Stars stunner Karina Smirnoff fell during her Monday night number with her celeb partner, The Karate Kid's Ralph Macchio.

The sexy 33-year-old Playboy covergirl hit the floor during her paso doble with the 80s heartthrob, set to C&C Music Factory's Everybody Dance Now.  The pair recovered and Macchio got a decent 24 points on the night.

It’s the second notable fall this season, as (Karina’s ex) Maksim Chmerkovskiy and his celeb partner Kirstie Alley tumbled to the floor during a dance earlier this month.
