It’s official -- and it looks like MTV still has a 'Situation' on its hands.

The entire Jersey Shore cast has settled their contracts and have signed on the dotted line.

Rumors flew that Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino was the sole housemate holding out for a biggest paycheck and even a possible recast was in the process for the womanizing member of the cast. Fans will be please to hear, those rumors were squelched and all paperwork is complete, the group will be off to Italy to shoot season 4 of the hit show.

The cast has brought MTV endless success and in turn the reality stars have become household names across the county. But several faces in the house seemed to stand out, and those cast members landed their own shows. The network announced Thursday Snooki, JWOWW and Pauly D all landed their own spin offs.

While the shows are yet to be named, the 'Untitled Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi And Jenni 'JWoww' Farley Project' will follow the two friends as they deal with life away from the vacation.

And Paul 'DJ Pauly D' Delvecchio will be the star of a 12-episode show following his quest to become a world class DJ.
