Michael Lohan’s ex-girlfriend Kate Major hopped a flight out of LAX on Tuesday night, just one day after she’d filed a police report against Michael and RadarOnline.com has the video and photos.

“I’m very upset,” Kate said to the camera, while wearing a “Knot Violence” t-shirt – a new campaign calling for peace and non-violence.
“I was pushed and I was shoved.”
Kate went to the West Hollywood Police Department on Monday night where she filed a report claiming that Michael had physically assaulted her, and he was arrested on three felony charges of domestic violence later that night. After complaining of chest pains he was taken to Cedars Sinai Medical Center where he remained under arrest until his release Tuesday afternoon.
“I didn’t touch her,” Michael adamantly told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview regarding Kate’s accusation.
“I didn’t do a damn thing to her.”

Michael told RadarOnline.com he was planning to file his own charges against Kate on Wednesday, claiming he was the victim, and wants to charge her with robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, domestic assault and trespassing. “I’m going to press charges against Kate and I’m going to try to have her arrested before she leaves California,” Michael said in an exclusive video interview with RadarOnline.com.
Upon leaving the hospital, Michael released by authorities with a citation and charged with misdemeanor battery. His bail was set at $250.

But according to Kate, Michael physically hurt her after an argument ensued at their West Hollywood home.
“Yes, I was. Very badly!” Kate said when asked if she was assaulted.
Kate also told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview, "Everything he said is a lie or a vindictive threat. He lies to his family and myself.

"I wish he'd shut up and go to jail. The heart issues get old and he's obviously strong enough to hit a woman but not a man.”

Michael is scheduled to appear in court May 23.

she is attracted to this type of man because she is gutter trash...she was jon gosselin's gf too who she met through Lohan...need I say more???

I don't know why this woman does not stay far away from Lohan. He is gutter material. He hits women. He has a track record of it and lying. Go back home and leave him alone or next time he might do more than hit you.
