Kim Kardashian is learning the hard way that there is a price to pay for fame and fortune, and it’s affecting her personal choices in the sneak peek RadarOnline.com has of the upcoming episode of Kourtney and Kim Take New York.
When Kim tells her manager mom Kris Jenner that she is planning to go to a red carpet event with Kourtney’s baby daddy Scott Disick, Kris raises major objections.

“You’re a big girl and I get that,” Kris tells Kim. “When it comes to products you only have so much PR to go around, Kim. You can’t just be showing up on the red carpet every night promoting a different product.”
“I’m allowed to go out and do whatever I want,” Kim says to her mom.

She tried to argue that since Scott comes to a lot of events with her she wanted to go with him, but she eventually concedes that her mom might be right.
“My mom is my manager and I love having her run my schedule and my life and she’s really business savvy. So this is business and if it’s going to ruin a product or anything I have I’ll definitely stay out of it.”
