They filed for divorce less than eight weeks ago, but Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz seem to be keeping things very friendly and RadarOnline.com has the photos to prove it.
Playing happy families with their son, Bronx, the trio picked up coffee at the popular Beverly Glen mall on Thursday morning.

And while Wentz - who sported a new shorter hair do - had his hands full with coffee when they left the store, he had his hands full with his estranged wife on his way in!
"They were holding hands and laughing," said an onlooker. "And when they weren't holding hands Pete had his arm draped around Ashlee's shoulders.

"They looked very happy and at ease with one another. If I didn't know different I'd never have thought there was trouble in paradise."
This isn't the first time the rock and roll family has been spotted together since the shock announcement of their split.

They were together on Valentine's Day and two weeks later they reunited for an unhealthy weekend of In-N-Out Burger and Taco Bell.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Simpson filed for divorce from Wentz in L.A. County Superior Court February 9, citing "irreconcilable differences," requesting joint legal custody and primary physical custody of their son, as well as spousal and child support.
