EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: Michelle Duggar On Baby Josie's 1st Birthday: 'We Didn’t Know If She Would Survive'

The struggles little Josie Duggar has gone through in her first year have been a rollercoaster of emotions for the entire Duggar family, and Mom Michelle gave the heartfelt admission about how worried the family was about their 19th child.
“When she was born we didn’t know if she would survive,” Michelle says in the exclusive clip from the upcoming episode of 19 Kids and Counting on RadarOnline.com.
Josie’s premature birth and first months in the hospital were a challenge for the Duggar family, and the clip shows a montage of her first year and her birthday party.
“Everyone in the family would agree, Josie’s first birthday was probably one of the most special birthdays we’ve had in our family,” Michelle said. “Everyone is just so grateful to God to have her."

As she cries, Michelle assures her family that they are happy tears.
“I am so grateful and I don’t take for granted the health that she has. She is a little miracle.”

As Michelle has exclusively told RadarOnline.com in previous interviews, a 20th baby would be a welcome addition to the Duggar family.
“We would love it if God would give us another baby,” Michelle and Jim Bob said.

Josie is a precious little peanut! I'll be watching tonight. I remember a year ago when the family
walked in to see Josie that first time. So small. So scary. So glad she's ok!

This is just the beginning. Michelle is getting old but because they cannot show any responsibility they will continue to bring babies with problems into the world and say it was God's doing.
