Lindsay Lohan left Los Angeles and headed back to New York with her mother Dina Sunday afternoon, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Lindsay's probation status required that she receive permission from the court to leave California, which she did.

"We are all excited that the family gets to all be together in New York," Dina tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.
The Mean Girls star has been given until March 25 to take the plea deal that's on the table in connection with her felony theft charge. If she declines the settlement deal, she'll be back in court in April in front of a new judge who will rule if there is sufficient evidence for a jury trial to proceed.

I'd like to know where this family gets the money for drivers, assistants, cadillacs, and all her legal bills, it must pay well to be a total trainwreck.
